Is there a minimum amount of service I need to stay a member?

NOPE. Becoming a member only requires you have a certain fleet size (number of commercial vehicles to be serviced). The minimum number varies on the type of vehicles serviced.

How quick is your Priority Service?

Priority Service means Same-Day Service. Our FleetPlus members are important to us, and we ensure you get your vehicles fixed and ready to go ASAP.

If there’s ever a situation where we might not be able to do same-day service, we’ll notify you prior to booking your appointment (this has never happened).

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

Absolutely. You can change your plan by contacting andrew@alcautomotive.ca.
